We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure our customers receive the highest quality health, beauty, and agricultural products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of our products, several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Opened or partially consumed health and beauty juices.
• Agricultural products or perishable goods.
• Items purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7 to 14 business days.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to a defect or our error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
