Imperia Asia Resources Sdn. Bhd. initially operating as a Sole Proprietor company. Later in 2016 the company has shifted to new paradigm when Sdn Bhd (Private Limited) company was formed. We are in the Food and Beverages industries. We manufacture health and beauty juice as well as non-carbonated juice drink for those who concern on quality products and their health benefit. With full determination and Commitment Imperia Asia Resources SB has expanded our business nationwide in all part of Malaysia and to all major Asian Region such as Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Laos, Thailand, Philippine and other countries internationally.

Sales promotion and event promotion.
We have 30 dedicated trained/professional consultant to explain and to ensure that those targeted client received the 1st hand, accurate information about product and the latest promotional campaign.
Analyze customer service requirement and inform of all available services.
Administer all customer orders, provide appropriate consultation to customer for various products and services and place order accordingly.
Manage all customer issues and resolve all complaints effectively.
Manage all customer inquiries through phone calls and emails and ensure appropriate assistance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain effective relationship with customers.
Will contacting the customer for negotiation, updating and written off customer payment in securing promise to pay in order to improve delinquency rate and increase of company collection.
Once purchase orders are received from the consultant, Logistic department to manage the pulling and packing of materials and arrange appropriate transportation for the product delivery to the customer.
Logistic management duties include maintaining inventory, ordering shipping materials, operating necessary equipment and managing inventory in and out base on FIFO concept.
