CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Make outbound call.
  • Handle incoming call and customers inquiries.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and communicate resolutions clearly to customers.
  • Maintain customers profiles and develop stronger relationships, increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing.
  • Create conversations and engage with the customers to convert into sales opportunities.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain products by following a prepared script to give product refference information.

REQUIREMENTS:

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Personal driver to Executive Chairman
  • To maintain safely awareness and drive in safe and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicles are well taken care of.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Applicants will responsible for creative web design and multimedia content creation for website/social media.
