CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Make outbound call.
  • Handle incoming call and customers inquiries.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and communicate resolutions clearly to customers.
  • Maintain customers profiles and develop stronger relationships, increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing.
  • Create conversations and engage with the customers to convert into sales opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist and participate in annual budget, business plans and forecast / projection requirement.
  • Perform costing analysis, variance analysis to identify cost of production and cost variance.
  • Implement effective work process and internal control systems.

TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist on instrument installation, equipment set up, calibration & troubleshooting.
  • Perform daily routine inspections, repairs & preventive maintenance activities of equipment.
  • Record & analyze maintenance history of machine and equipment.
  • Assist on improvement projects.
  • To help & assist production department (when needed)
  • Controlling and supervising subordinates, material & matter.
  • Monitor and submit weekly maintenance report.
  • Control and maintain company equipment, coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Responsible to ensure that works after carried out maintenance or servicing are in good condition.
  • To undertake any other job directed by Immediate Superior from time to time.
  • To ensure good housekeeping in workshop, machinery & equipment & to perform trouble shooting to minimize machine downtime.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum STPM/Diploma or Degree which is equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience and knowledge in mechanical.
  • Knowledge in electrical will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to write Maintenance & Service Report as per required.
  • Communication well and able to coordinate with all staffs.

ABLE TO WORK ON :

  • Public Holiday Substitution.
  • Able to adapt to shift working hours as per required.
  • Able to work during Weekly Off Day or Public Holidays for Machine repairing / maintenance.
  • Able to travel.
